Luxe Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of any service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 48-hour advance notice regardless of circumstance. If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee. In addition to be charged 100% of the “No Show” service, a “No Show” fee of $100 will also be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date & time. A client with 3 or more cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Multiple “No Shows” in any time period will result in termination from our practice. Luxe Skin Aesthetics and its employees reserve the right to terminate a client they feel is non-compliant with LSA policies or ethics at any time. 

When booking with LSA, you are agreeing to all of our policies and are subject to these terms & regulations. 

Please Keep In Mind:

If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with us 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hour period, unfortunately you are still required to pay for your scheduled appointment. Please do not come to our clinic showing any signs of illness as we have the right to refuse your service and reschedule your appointment. This does include COVID-19. 

Sick Policy

To uphold the safest environment at LSA as well as maintaining a professional environment, we do not allow extra guests or children in our clinic. Unwillingness to comply with this policy you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. However, you will still be obligated to pay for the appointment. Please schedule your appointments accordingly! 

EXTRA GUEST POLICY

No, once a product has left our clinic, it cannot be returned. If you have an issue with an item please bring to our attention immediately so that we may find an alternative. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic within 7 days of your purchase so we may exchange it with the company. If you are virtual, please email lsacullman@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise within 7 days of purchase. 


REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

We offer a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are only 10 minutes late, we can usually accommodate you. If you are 11 minutes late or more, we will work with you to get you rescheduled. However, after 10 minutes you will be subject to a $50 late fee whether we can accommodate you or not. Unfortunately, if we cannot accommodate you, you will still be required to pay for your missed service along with the $50 late fee. ​

LATE POLICY

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, you must do so before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you were originally booked for. 

Failure to confirm your appointment via text confirmation, email confirmation, or phone calls 5 days prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment & charge the FULL amount of the appointment with the card on file. 

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for plus an additional charge of $100 "no show" fee. For future appointments you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. After two "no-shows" you will be unable to book with us again in the future.
You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Luxe Skin Aesthetics.


CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You MUST confirm your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm before 48 hours of your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the appointment you were scheduled for. If you decide you'd like to change the type of service you are booked for, we ask you let us know 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result you being charged for the original service you were booked for. We plan our days out specifically for you! Please be considerate of our time and our other clients time as well.
